Greet the day! Honor the sun, Honor the playa, honor your Self. The playa is an amazing place to practice Yoga. It's a long week, take care of your body and your spirit. Shape your body and the mind will follow. Even if your tired, come and sit with the grounding, class. This will be a level 1/2 class so it is accessible for everyone. Even beginners. I welcome all and will work with all. I am excited and honored to guide you in your practice. I am open to teach other classes in the day or night. Just come talk to me. Namaste :)
